On August 21-25, 2021 teachers and researchers of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Economics and Management and the Faculty of Information Technologies of Pryazovskyi State Technical University took part at the Digital Economics Week, conducted by Mykolas Romeris University, Lithuania, in the framework of DigEco project.

The goal of the Digital Economics Week was to introduce to the Ukrainian partners the achievements in the digital economics, mainly innovative software, which European universities use during educational process.

During the workshops project team discussed software for DigEco courses: Digital marketing in action (introduced by Saulius Kromalcas, teacher, PhD student); Design Thinking (introduced by Prof. dr. Ruta Adamoniene); Blockchain, Innovation Management and Disruptive Technology (introduced by prof.habil.dr. Zaneta Simanaviciene, Jurij Matyskevic, PhD student and Daiva Bickauske, PhD student); Fintech in Banking, Insurance and Asset Management (introduced by doc.dr. Marius Laurinaitis). Bloomberg Library presented workshop on inclusion education “How to develop electronic teaching materials accessible for inclusion education”.

Pryazovskyi State Technical University, Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding, Kamianets-Podіlskyi National Ivan Ohiienko University, Dmytro Motornyi Tavria State Agrotechnological University presented project achievements and discussed management issues with European partners.

During the Digital Economics Week, DigEco Ukrainian partners visited the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Lithuania and Society of Ukrainians in Lithuania to disseminate the information on DigEco and to took part at the events, dedicated to celebration of the Day of the National Flag of Ukraine and 30th Anniversary of Independence Day of Ukraine.
