BioArt Day at PSTU 2019/10/01

On Sep 20, 2019 the Biomedical Engineering Department conducted “BioArt Day”, which were dedicated to the last achievements in the project running.

The BioArt day presented to PSTU teachers and students all features, which  delegates brought from the training courses of  Danube University  of Krems, Austria and KU Leuven, Belgium.

In the framework of this event teachers of the 3 PSTU Departments, which involved in the BioArt participated at the work-shops on:

• Biomechanics;
• Regenerative medicine and Biotechnology in orthopedics;
• 3D-printing for Biomedical purposes;
• Mechanical design for biomedical Engineering.

The Bionic laboratory of BioArt presented new -generation opportunity of physiology and anatomy of human body and the bases of prosthetics.

During September – October 2019 methodological seminars are planned for conducting at the responsible departments of PSTU.
